Atelier Bonheur du Jour – Successful web migration to boost their business

The Project

Atelier Bonheur du Jour is a French family business founded in 2006, specializing in creative hobbies. Through a unique range of decorative wooden buttons, miniatures, embroidery kits and other accessories, the brand has established itself as an essential reference for sewing, scrapbooking and embroidery enthusiasts.

Each product is designed, manufactured and painted by hand in their Rhône-Alpes workshop, perpetuating artisanal know-how with a strong visual identity.

To support their growth, improve their customers’ shopping experience and facilitate the management of their online business, Atelier Bonheur du Jour entrusted us with a web migration project and a complete overhaul of their e-commerce site.

Our service

As part of this project, we supported Atelier Bonheur du Jour in the complete migration of their existing site, initially developed using WooCommerce, to a more stable, scalable e-commerce solution adapted to their growth and online sales: PrestaShop.

This technical transition enabled the brand to benefit from a more robust architecture and tools designed specifically for large-scale online commerce. We carefully migrated all their content, products, orders and customer accounts to ensure continuity of service with no disruption to their customers.

One of the key elements of this overhaul was the implementation of a multi-boutique system, enabling Atelier Bonheur du Jour to manage two distinct spaces from a single administration interface:

• A boutique dedicated to individual customers (B2C), general public,
• A boutique reserved for resellers and professionals (B2B), with secure access, personalized pricing and specific commercial conditions.

To offer the team autonomous content management while guaranteeing graphic consistency, we integrated the Creative Elements module, a modern, intuitive and powerful page builder. It enables them to easily modify the site’s pages (home page, product sheets, banners, lookbooks, etc.) without any particular technical skills.
