Les Petites Françaises is, above all, a chain of renowned stores in Belgium, located in Louvain-la-Neuve, Namur, and Liège. Our client believes that fashion is much more than a trend: it’s a means of expression, a style game, a daily pleasure. Their mission is to make this pleasure accessible to all.
With this in mind, the existing PrestaShop site needed to be redesigned, and we were contacted to carry out this mission. We developed a custom theme, offering a unique and engaging user experience. This custom theme not only showcases products in an aesthetically pleasing way, in line with the existing brand image, but also improves navigation and the customer experience to increase conversions.
In addition to the custom theme, PrestaShop modules were installed and configured to facilitate site management by administrators.
To build customer loyalty and encourage return visits, we integrated a loyalty program and implemented attractive shipping rates, as these are among the most important conversion drivers in 2025. This program offers exclusive benefits to regular customers, such as loyalty points redeemable for discounts. This initiative aims to strengthen customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
We also implemented a Lookbook, an innovative feature that allows you to suggest complete outfits to buy in just a few clicks. This feature enriches the user experience by providing style ideas and facilitating the purchase of coordinated outfits.
Content management for the Les Petites Françaises website is made easier by using Elementor, which was used on the homepage and main pages of the site. This solution is ideal for giving full control over editing the site’s content. This gives the client complete independence and allows them to easily create advanced layouts.
We implemented the KerAwen smart checkout, which integrates with PrestaShop so that the merchant has their inventory synchronized with their website and in-store in real time. Thanks to the KerAwen OCS module, inventory from physical stores is offered for sale on the web store, and customers can choose the stores as pickup points. When OCS orders are placed, stock transfers can be automatically created between stores to optimize the logistics of Petites Françaises. Payment in-store is therefore made through the KerAwen checkout, but also on the website thanks to the Viva Wallet payment module integrated into the site, allowing payment via smartphone, among other things. It should be noted that KerAwen tools also allow inventory tracking for each store, thus optimizing management in terms of sales, logistics, and accounting.
