Les Petits Narbonnais is a French boutique specialising in the world of children. Based in Narbonne, the store offers a careful selection of clothes, toys, accessories and gifts for babies and young children, combining aesthetics, quality and practicality.
The brand stands out for its family-friendly, warm and contemporary approach, with particular attention paid to the selection of responsible and trendy brands. To support its growth and meet online demand, Les Petits Narbonnais called on Gopadma Technologies to design a simple, high-performance and scalable e-commerce solution.
Our service
In 2021, our team supported Les Petits Narbonnais in the complete creation of their online shop using PrestaShop 1.7. They benefited from our Let’s Go 2.0 offer, designed to enable retailers and young brands to launch their e-commerce site quickly and at a controlled cost. This solution is based on a solid, customisable foundation, combining performance, aesthetics and ease of administration.
For this project, we used our Kiddo theme, which is perfectly suited to the world of children. We customised it in line with the brand’s visual identity: soft colours, modern typography and intuitive navigation, for a user experience that’s both fun and reassuring, in line with the expectations of young parents.
Following the success of their first online shop, Les Petits Narbonnais approached us again in 2024 to develop their e-commerce solution. This time, the aim was to connect their new physical shop in Carcassonne, to complement the one in Narbonne, while maintaining efficient, centralised management.
We therefore implemented PrestaShop’s multi-boutique functionality, enabling them to manage two separate e-commerce sites, each linked to its physical shop. Thanks to this configuration, the team can adapt the content, promotions and products for each point of sale, while maintaining a single back office.
At the same time, we deployed the KerAwen connected checkout in both shops. This solution makes it possible to synchronise sales, stocks and customers in real time between PrestaShop and the physical checkouts, ensuring smooth management of restocking, optimised stock control and a consistent customer experience across all channels.
