Wilbox – a PrestaShop with two synchronised shops

The Project

At Gopadma Technologies, we’ve been helping companies design and develop custom e-commerce solutions for over 10 years. Today, we are proud to present a web project carried out in collaboration with Wilbox, an innovative and passionate company specialising in the sale and rental of board games, geek accessories and electronic products.

Wilbox is a dynamic French company offering an original selection of geek products, board games, figurines and connected objects. Since 2021, Wilbox has entrusted us with the development and maintenance of their online shop.

Initially, we designed their main e-commerce site using KerAwen, the omnichannel checkout connected to PrestaShop. This solution enabled them to increase efficiency and ensure real-time synchronisation between their physical and online shops.

Our service

For this project, we used PrestaShop 1.7, a powerful and flexible open source e-commerce CMS, perfectly suited to Wilbox’s needs. As part of our Let’s Go 2.0 offer, designed for companies looking to control their budget, we implemented one of our optimised templates, “Electronix“, guaranteeing speed, accessibility and modern design.

In 2023, Wilbox approached us again for a second project: the creation of a shop dedicated to the rental of board games. We then activated PrestaShop’s multi-shop function, enabling centralised management of the two sites. For the rental part, we integrated and configured the MyOwnReservations module, an ideal solution for offering an efficient online reservations system, always synchronised with their cash register via KerAwen.
